Data used by the service

Crafino stores your account name and email, authentication records, saved project ideas, reference images and generated plans. We also keep generation usage records to enforce the daily allowance and support messages that you submit.

Images and AI processing

When you generate a plan, your description and optional reference image are sent through OpenRouter to the selected model provider. These providers process the input to return your plan and apply their own data policies. Do not upload sensitive personal information or images you do not have permission to use.

Project pages require your account. Reference images are stored in Cloudflare R2 and served using unlisted URLs; anyone who obtains an image URL may access that image. Unlisted image URLs are not a substitute for private document storage.

Storage and service providers

Cloudflare provides hosting and image storage, Turso stores account and project data, and OpenRouter routes AI requests. Essential cookies maintain your login; browser storage may retain preferences and checklist progress. We do not sell your personal information.

Your controls

You can edit your profile in account settings, export a saved plan as JSON, and delete individual projects. Deleting a generated project also requests deletion of its stored reference image. Copies already downloaded by you or others are outside this deletion process. Generation usage records remain to prevent quota abuse.

For an account-level data access or deletion request, open a support ticket. We may need to verify the account before acting. Service providers may retain operational backups or logs under their own policies.

Payments and optional features

The current release is free and does not collect card details. If paid plans, optional analytics or additional login providers are introduced, their use will be described before activation.
